Before filing a claim, be sure to first try these troubleshooting tips to solve the issue.
Insure that over-watering or under-watering of the battery is not occurring by checking electrolyte levels and specific gravities for continuity.
Insure extreme temperature operating is not occurring by recording electrolyte temperature and inspecting that inter-cell connections, cables, and terminal connectors show no signs of extreme heating.
Insure the battery is operating in the application it was intended for, i.e. single-shift, multi-shift, conventionally charged or opportunity/fast charged to determine use.
Insure the battery and any accessory item (watering system, level indicator, battery monitoring or charger interactive device) is not damaged.
Submit a completed Field Inspection Report to describe basic application and battery condition. You can download the Field Inspection Report below.
All claims must be submitted using our Warranty Claim Form, submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org and include 3 only photographs to include the battery top, a ‘close-up’ of the connector tips, and the charger ‘name plate’ being used with the battery. You can download the Warranty Claim Form below.
Within 48-72hrs, the Form will be returned with directions to continue with the Claim as submitted, or if additional information is required for further consideration.
Provide any additional information as requested including a 6HR Discharge Test completed on our Test Sheet.
Within 48-72hrs, the original Claim Form will be returned to include information on any remedy that the Claim warrants.
All repair items required where deemed to be warrantable are provided at no charge. Freight costs are not allowed on all warrantable repair items or battery transport costs to our nearest Servicing Dealer or our Aurora facility.
